Description
English: The Human Race triathlon - transition Dorney Lake is the home of Eton College rowing centre, which will be the location for the rowing events at the 2012 London Olympic games.

This weekend it is hosting the Human Race sprint triathlon. Competitors start with the 400 metre swim, which takes the better swimmers 6-8 minutes. That is followed by a 20km cycle, taking 35-40 minutes. They finish with a 5km run taking 18-20 minutes. Nearly 1,000 people took part over the two days, divided by sex and into 5-year age groups. The starts are staggered, and as people go at different speeds there can be competitors all over the place at any one time, making it a difficult event to follow.

Towards the end of the day. Although there are competitors still out on the course most of those allocated to this bike rack in transition have finished, packed up and gone home.
