RwGPS Inspect – Route Discovery

Ride with GPS (RwGPS) has just announced a new feature for their app, it seems to require a subscription.

Inspect is a simple yet powerful route discovery tool that shows you all routes that either pass through or start at a point you select on the map.

Inspect – How it works

Using the EXPLORE screen on the app simply press and hold any point on the map.

All the routes are selected by RwGPS that meet your criteria at the top of the EXPLORE screen (elevation, surface, distance, type eg loop)

Drag up the bottom of the screen to show a thumbnail elevation profile of one of the routes and then swipe left or right to choose different routes

As you switch from one route to the next the main map shows the route.
