Top 10 Exercise & Running Myths

I like this infographic. Not sure on how correct it is though. Any thoughts? Here are mine (If I say true it means I agree with their ‘FACT’):

  2. Hmmm. HRMs are pretty accurate to within, say, +/-5bpm. The ‘Fact’ quoted is pretty flawed.

  4. Gross generalisation and false if taken literally. Though broadly true I guess.
  5. False. A whey protein shake is metabolised much quicker than all those things listed methinks.
  6. Sort of true

  9. True
  10. This must be false. You have to raise that water to 37 degreesC. And that MUST take energy.

  1. aerobic exercises are quite nice since it can build your heart strength and it can reduce body fat too.^
