Freebie Cycling Gear : Le Col Rewards from STRAVA – Ride more KMs get more rewards

STRAVA Rewards for Le Col

Anyone would think there was a major cycling race coming soon?

As the delayed Tour de France ‘Silly Season’ smoulders with serious commercial intent, Le Col has made a sneaky link up with STRAVA and offers what looks to be a rather nice STRAVA Challenge Freebie. Basically you get rewards for riding and that’s kinda what most of us already do if I’m not mistaken.

OK, the ‘downside’ is that the reward can only be used toward Le Col cycling kit but, hey, it’s probably good stuff (I don’t have any…yet)

There appears to be ‘no catch’, you don’t have to sign away your firstborn child nor give them your email (whichever is worst). It just seems to be as simple as signing up for the STRAVA challenge. Here are the rewards:

  • Cover over 115km – Earn a £50 Le Col Reward – JOIN HERE (the dates seem to refer to the Tour that didn’t happen, I think it’s OK and that they have the dates wrong)
  • Add #LeColChallenge to your Instagram posts or Strava Activities – Win Daily Prizes of free Le Col kit
  • £10k Pro Kit challenge SIGN UP HERE –this is some Le Col kit but lots more including a Merida frameset and Rudy Project helmet…and quite a bit more…£10k as a single prize right! cool

Disclaimer: I have nothing to do with Le Col and I pay for my own STRAVA Premium account. STRAVA sends me press releases but no-one did for this…seemed like a good deal hence the post for you guys. No free socks here. Although if Ms LeCol is reading this I’m always a sucker for a nice aero cycling jersey. I did like the graphic too.
